The owner of this website is BINIS ALPHA doo Stara Pazova, Serbia (from now on "Binis", “BINIS ALPHA", "We"). The website (from now on "website", "BINIS ALPHA", "site", "website", and "online store") has the domain name jbtshop.com. The brand name is "JBT Shop". Any use of this website in whole and/or in part and/or the brand name without the written permission of the owner violates this document and such use is considered fraudulent and fraudulent. The owner of the website has the right to prevent the use of any user without giving any reason, without prior notice to the user. This document is an agreement between the owner of the website and every individual user that regulates the rights and obligations related to the use of the website. The document refers to the relationship between website visitors and Binis, its partners, as well as advertising and sales of goods and/or services of companies with which the website owner has a contract or agreement on business cooperation.
Only persons over the age of 18 have the rights to visit the website. The website publishes information about goods and services offered for sale by the site owner, by a third party, and on behalf and for the account of the seller and manufacturer. Displaying information about goods/services on the site does not constitute an offer of the site and/or the site owner to conclude a sales contract, but only an invitation to make an offer under the published conditions. The proposal for the conclusion of the contract is submitted by the User of the site by pressing the button named "Add to cart", "Buy", and "Pay". If the User presses the "Add to Cart" button and the Website accepts the User's request, the User is contractually obligated to pay the price specified on the Website. Payment is made electronically via the Internet, banks, or other financial institutions, in the manner and under the conditions provided on the site.
The costs of delivery of goods or purchase of goods or services are borne by the user unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be stated separately on the website or may be included in the price at the express right of the website owner. Whether taxes are included in the price or stated separately is clearly visible on the website. The user of the Website agrees that the Website may send offers to his email. The site has the right to change the offer, as well as to have special offers and conditions within the offer.
The owner of the website and/or the website is not responsible for the conditions offered in the advertisement and/or commercial offer of the supplier or manufacturer if the name of the supplier or manufacturer is written on any part of the website. In case there is a link to the Website, the owner of the Website and/or the Website cannot be held responsible if the customer suffers any damage through this link.
The Website Owner has the exclusive copyright to the Website and all individual elements that make up such as text, visual and audio elements, visual identity, data, logo, and databases. Second and Third Parties shall have full responsibility for the copyrighted content, regardless of the type of content located on the site. Questions not regulated by the provisions of this document shall be governed by the obligations and relations of the Republic of Serbia. In case of dispute, the Commercial Court in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction.
End User Agreement and Terms and Conditions of Use
This user agreement and term/terms of use ("conditions" or "Terms") describe the terms and rules that apply to your access to and use of the Websites at the domain and/or name of jbtshop.com as well as Facebook and all other pages that are created under the brand name "JBT Shop", "jbtshop.com", "Binis", "BINIS ALPHA". This document is a legally binding agreement between you as a site user (referred to as "you", "your", "member", "user", "visitor", and "guest" in the following text) and the entity BINIS ALPHA doo (which into this agreement from now in is referred to as "we", "our", "BINIS ALPHA", "jbtshop.com", "JBT Shop", "online store", "website", "binis alpha", "binis", with or without the suffix “.com”).

If you start reading and/or read this document, you accept the services provided by Binis ("service", "membership") in the form, and amount, which are at the discretion of Binis. The following are the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions", "Agreement") between you the User, and BINIS ALPHA d.o.o. under which Binis offers you access to the service through the Website. This agreement applies to registered users, visitors, and guests of the Binis website ("users "). By opening/creating an account, making a payment, making a purchase, or otherwise, you become a member. Your contract is with BINIS ALPHA d.o.o. from Serbia. Using and using the service indicates that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this entire document and the stated terms and conditions. If you do not accept all the terms and conditions, please do not use this service. By completing the registration process and clicking the "I agree" button, you confirm that you agree to be bound by this agreement and the site's terms and conditions of use. Terms that are not defined in this agreement have the same meaning as those contained in the terms of use and other documents published on the website.
If the user chooses to agree to the terms of this agreement when creating an account or by clicking the "Add to Cart" button, he/she/they will be considered to have agreed with the operating entity Binis and fully accept all the terms written here.
Binis can modify this document at any time by publishing the modified document on the site without the obligation to notify the user individually. The amended document shall enter into force immediately upon publication. This agreement may be updated by BINIS ALPHA without any prior or subsequent notice to the user. The updated version will be effective upon posting to any part of the website. Users should carefully read this agreement and fulfill the relevant terms before using the service. If the user does not agree with this agreement and/or any changes, the user can inform BINIS ALPHA that he will cancel the service. When the user starts using his account and/or the service, he is considered to have fully understood and accepted every aspect of this agreement and has become a member ("Member").
Verified users/customers are customers who have entered their name, company name optionally if they have one, address, company registration number optionally if they have a company, contact person, and their workplace in the user account and who have been checked and confirmed by BINIS ALPHA or independent verification agencies against relevant government records or other databases within the past year. These customers may have performed certain activities on the BINIS ALPHA Platform in the past, including but not limited to placing orders over the Internet. The user may be banned and his user account may be terminated if he has sent unwanted messages and information, inquired about prohibited products, had unauthorized and illegal actions against anyone and the like, hate speech on any basis, and other things that are not following the law, ethical codes and morals.
Your use of the Sites and Services, Software, and Products (collectively "Services" hereafter) is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document, as well as the privacy policy and any other site rules and guidelines that BINIS ALPHA may post. and/or communicate from time to time. This document and such other Site rules and guidelines are collectively referred to as the "terms". By accessing the Sites or using the Services, you agree to be bound by all these documents. Do not use the Services or Sites if you do not accept this document in its entirety.
You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if: you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with BINIS ALPHA, or you are not permitted to receive the Services following the laws of Serbia or other countries/regions, including the country/region in which you are currently or from which you use the services.
You acknowledge and agree that BINIS ALPHA may modify any part of this document at any time. If you continue to use the Services or Sites, you agree that the amended document will apply to you.
If BINIS ALPHA has published or provided a translation of the English version of the End User Agreement and this document, you agree that such translation is provided for convenience and ease of understanding only. The Serbian language version of this document is the main version, and it prevails over other language versions even if the Serbian language version is not available on the website.
You may be required to accept a separate agreement or document, whether online or offline, with BINIS ALPHA or partners in each service ("additional agreements"). If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and the supplemental agreement, the supplemental agreement will take precedence over the terms but which are exclusively related to that service in the supplemental agreement. The Terms may not be modified otherwise and may not be modified by anyone other than BINIS ALPHA.
You must register as a member ("Member") on the Sites to access and use some Services. Further, BINIS ALPHA reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to certain services or features used in the services.
The Service or any features within the Service may vary by region and country. There is no guarantee as to the form, representation of the service, feature, function, type, and extent of the service or functions that will be available to users. BINIS ALPHA may partially or completely restrict the service limit, prohibit, or create a different level of access and use of any service or any function within the service to different users. BINIS ALPHA may start, change, upgrade, impose conditions, suspend, or stop any service or any feature within the services without notice, except in the case of a fee-based service, where such changes will not materially adversely affect paying users for that service. Some parts of the service may be provided by partners of BINIS ALPHA on behalf of BINIS ALPHA.
As a condition of accessing the Sites or Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Sites or Service. Copying, reproducing, downloading, republishing, selling, distributing, or reselling any part of the Service or any information, text, images, graphics, video clips, sounds, catalogs, files, databases, or layouts, etc. is prohibited. You will not reproduce, download, translate, or otherwise use any part of the Site for the operation and business of other companies, legal entities, and individuals, anywhere in the world, that compete with BINIS ALPHA or are competitors. Commercial exploitation of the site or any part of the site is prohibited. Use of any content or materials on the Sites for any purpose not expressly permitted by the Terms is prohibited.
You must read the privacy policy, accept the terms of the privacy policy, and accept the use of personal information about you following the privacy policy. BINIS ALPHA may allow users to access products or services offered by third parties through hyperlinks in the form of links, program links, advertising banners, channels or otherwise, APIs or otherwise on third-party websites. You are cautioned to read such websites and terms and/or privacy policies before using the site links. You acknowledge that BINIS ALPHA has no control over Third Party Websites, does not monitor such Websites, and cannot be responsible or liable to anyone for such Websites or any content, products, or services available on such Websites.
You agree not to take any steps to undermine the integrity of the computer systems and/or networks of BINIS ALPHA and/or any other user, or to gain unauthorized access to such computer systems and/or networks of BINIS ALPHA. You grant to BINIS ALPHA an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, indivisible license to display, transmit, distribute, reproduce, publish, duplicate, adapt, change, translate, and otherwise modify your works and activities to otherwise use part or all of the User Content in any form, medium or technology now known and/or not currently known and for any purpose that may be useful for the operation of the site, provision of services and/or business of the user. You represent to BINIS ALPHA that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the licenses.
Member User Accounts - Membership Agreement
The user must be registered on the site to access or use a service ("member"). BINIS ALPHA may cancel, terminate a user's account, or reject a user's registration request for any reason.
Member agrees that all activities that occur under your account, including without limitation, the promotion of any business or product information, marketing activities, acceptance of additional agreements or rules, subscription to additional services, sending e-mail messages using the e-mail account or sending SMS are considered permitted by the member.
Member undertakes to indemnify BINIS ALPHA, affiliates, agents, employees, agents, and representatives against any loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profits) resulting from multiple use of your account. The Member also agrees that in the event of multiple use of the account by multiple persons to whom the Member has given access, BINIS ALPHA cannot maintain the security of your account, BINIS ALPHA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such breach and shall have the right to suspend or terminate the account without liability and obligations to the member.
--services
The Service may be added, changed, or discontinued at the discretion of BINIS ALPHA. BINIS ALPHA reserves the right to charge for part or all of the Service or any feature or functionality of the Service at any time in its sole discretion. A member may opt out at which point their account will be deactivated. The availability of all features in the Services and transaction and site features for any Member may be subject to verification of the Member's identity and/or verification of the Member's bank account by BINIS ALPHA and/or approved third parties.
BINIS ALPHA will issue a Member ID and password (to be selected by the Member during registration) to each Member to access the Services through that Member's User Account. Each Member shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its Member ID and password and for all activities that occur under the Member ID and password. Each member hereby agrees that BINIS ALPHA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the member's failure to comply with the provisions of this section.
BINIS ALPHA reserves the right to change, upgrade, limit, or suspend the service or any related functionality or applications at any time temporarily or permanently without prior notice. All members agree that in no event shall BINIS ALPHA be liable to the member and/or any third parties for the inability to use the service (whether due to disruptions, changes, or interruptions of the service or otherwise), any delays, accuracy, errors or omissions with any communication or transmission or delivery of all or any part of the service, or any damages (direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) arising from the use or inability to use the service.
-- Responsibilities of the member
Each Member warrants and agrees that it has the full power and authority to accept these terms, to grant the license and authorization and that the address specified in its user account at registration is its principal place of business and/or residence. For this provision, a branch or office of the beneficiary shall not be considered a separate entity, and the principal place of business shall be deemed to be the principal office of the beneficiary.
A member will be required to provide information or materials about their entity. Each Member represents and agrees that such information and materials transmitted during the registration process or thereafter in the continued use of the Site or Service are true, accurate, current, and complete, and that changes will be promptly and no later than eight days updated and promptly amended to make all information and materials accurate, current and complete.
Each member who has created and opened a user account agrees to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about himself and his business references, which may be necessary for BINIS ALPHA to maintain and promptly change all information to be accurate, correct, and complete. Each Member hereby grants to BINIS ALPHA an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide (through multiple levels) license to use without restriction of copyright and other rights to display and use any information provided to them by such Member following the purposes and outlined in this Agreement.
When you become a member, you consent to the inclusion of your information in the customer database and authorize BINIS ALPHA and our affiliates to share contact information with other users or otherwise use your personal information following the privacy policy.
Each Member further represents warrants and agrees that the User Content it transmits, or displays will be true, accurate, complete, and legal. It must not be false, misleading, or deceptive. Does not contain information that is defamatory, libelous, threatening or harassing, vulgar, objectionable, offensive, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors. It does not contain information that is discriminatory or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. It does not violate the term or the entire document. It does not violate any applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation those governing export controls, consumer protection, unfair competition, or false advertising) or promote any activities that may violate any applicable laws and regulations. They do not contain any link directly or indirectly to any other website that contains any content that may violate the Terms.
A Member must not take any action that could undermine the integrity of the BINIS ALPHA feedback system, such as leaving positive feedback for themselves using auxiliary IDs or through a third party or leaving unconfirmed negative feedback for another Member. Each member is solely responsible for the content of their communications and may be held legally responsible and/or liable for the content of their comments or other materials or information.
Each Member agrees with all necessary third-party licenses and permissions to be solely responsible for ensuring that any materials or information it posts on the Site or authorizes BINIS ALPHA to post on its behalf to the Sites does not infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or any other personal or proprietary right of any third kind or is posted with the permission of the owner of such rights. Each Member further agrees that it has the right and authority to sell, distribute, or offer to sell the products described in the material or information it makes on the site or provided by BINIS ALPHA or authorized by BINIS ALPHA to display.
Each member warrants and agrees to continue activities following the terms and any applicable additional agreements. Not use the Service or Site to defraud any person or entity (including selling stolen items or using stolen credit/debit cards). Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity. It’s not engaged in phishing. It does not engage in any other illegal activity (including without limitation those that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, etc.) or encourage or encourage any illegal activity. They do not include any computer viruses or other destructive devices and codes that affect damage, interference, or interception of any software or hardware system, data, or personal information. They do not engage in activities that would otherwise create any liability for BINIS ALPHA or our partners. Member acknowledges and agrees that BINIS ALPHA approves, verifies, or otherwise certifies the content of any comments, other material, or information made by any Member. Each member is solely responsible for the content of his communications and may be held legally responsible for the content of his comments or other materials or information.
--injuries by members
If a Member violates any of the Terms, or if BINIS ALPHA has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has violated any of the Terms and Rules, BINIS ALPHA shall have the right to take such disciplinary action as it deems appropriate, including without limitation: suspension of the Member's user account; suspension or termination of access to any service; any other corrective action, disciplinary or penalty that BINIS ALPHA may deem necessary or appropriate.
Without limiting the provisions of the terms, a member would be deemed to be in breach of the terms due to the following circumstances: BINIS ALPHA has reasonable grounds to suspect that such member has used a stolen credit card or other fraudulent document or provided false information in any transaction with a counterparty; information provided by the Member is not current or complete or is incorrect, inaccurate or misleading; BINIS ALPHA believes that a member's actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for BINIS ALPHA or our partners or other users.
BINIS ALPHA reserves the right to fully cooperate with authorities, private investigators, and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected criminal or civil abuses. Further, BINIS ALPHA may disclose a member's identity and contact information if requested to do so by a government or law enforcement agency, an aggrieved third party, or as a result of a court order or other legal action.
BINIS ALPHA shall not be liable for any damages or results arising from such disclosures, and Member agrees not to bring any action or claim against BINIS ALPHA for such disclosure. Each member agrees to irrevocably indemnify BINIS ALPHA, our partners, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from all damages, losses, claims, and liabilities (including legal expenses for full and/or partial compensation) that may arise as a result of your publication, or displaying any User Content, from using the Site or Service, or from violating the Terms.
If any member has used a stolen credit card or other false or misused information in any online transaction, BINIS ALPHA has the right to suspend or terminate service and all benefits to that member without any compensation, and limit or refuse any immediate or future use of the service or any other service that may be provided by BINIS ALPHA. In connection with any of the foregoing, BINIS ALPHA may suspend or terminate any member's account, at BINIS ALPHA's sole discretion.
Each member further agrees that BINIS ALPHA is not responsible and shall have no liability to the user or anyone else for any user content or other material transmitted through the site, including false, inaccurate, misleading information in any form, defamation, offensive, or threatening material and that the risk of harm from such material rests entirely with the user. BINIS ALPHA reserves the right, at the user's expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any material otherwise subject to defamation by Member, in which event Member must cooperate with BINIS ALPHA asserting any available defenses.
Transactions between customers and BINIS ALPHA on the Websites
Through those sites, BINIS ALPHA provides an electronic Web platform for exchanging information and concluding sales and purchases of products and services online between customers and BINIS ALPHA. BINIS ALPHA reserves the right to limit certain functions and features of the platform to prescribed members. Each member acknowledges that they assume the full risks of buying and selling transactions when using the site to conduct transactions. Such risk includes but is not limited to, misrepresentation of products and services, fraudulent schemes, unsatisfactory quality, failure to meet specifications, defective products, delays in delivery or payment, miscalculation of costs, breach of warranty, breach of contract and electronic traffic ("Transaction Risks"). BINIS ALPHA will try and make maximum efforts to minimize the risks of the transaction as far as it is in its power, which refers to misrepresentation of products and services, fraudulent schemes, non-fulfillment of specifications, defective products, delays in delivery, miscalculation of costs, breach of warranty, breach of contract and electronic traffic.
Each member agrees that BINIS ALPHA shall not and shall not be liable for any damages, debts, costs, damages, inconveniences, business disruptions, or expenses of any kind that may arise as a result of or in connection with any transaction risks. Members are solely responsible for all terms of transactions conducted on, through or as a result of the use of the Site, including, without limitation, terms related to payment, returns, warranties, shipping, insurance, fees, taxes, title, licenses, fines, permits, handling, transport, and storage.
The member agrees to provide all information and materials that BINIS ALPHA may request in connection with transactions made through the transaction platform on the site. BINIS ALPHA has the right to terminate or suspend any member's account if the member does not provide the necessary information and materials. In the event any Member has a dispute with a transaction, such Member agrees to release and hold harmless BINIS ALPHA (and our agents, affiliates, directors, officers, and employees) from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, damages (including without limitation of any actual, special, incidental, or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with such transaction.
Each member acknowledges that they are solely responsible for all data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other material ("Content"), whether publicly or privately transmitted through discussion boards on the site. BINIS ALPHA provides online transaction systems and relevant technical services to support customers and conclude online transactions (collectively, the "Services"). When customers conduct transactions over the Internet, they must comply with these rules and the end user agreement and terms and conditions. The buyer has the obligation to confirm the agreement regarding the above transaction and agree in good faith with the terms of trade i.e. product number, price, product function (e.g. specifications, materials), selected payment, delivery time, place, and method, as well as product inspection and receipt. To maintain a fair-trading environment and proper order, in relation to those contracts that are concluded to gain illicit interests or are untrue or dishonest, BINIS ALPHA may exclude or penalize users and those transactions and orders involved in such actions at its sole discretion. discretionary right.
--payment
After the contract is confirmed, customers should complete the payment process according to the terms of BINIS ALPHA. The customer should complete the payment following the payment amount, payment method, and specified orders provided in the contract. Unless otherwise provided, regular additional charges (e.g. bank fees or third-party service fees) incurred as part of the transaction are borne by the customer using the specific products or services.
--disputes and transaction mediation
BINIS ALPHA has the exclusive right to determine whether to accept the appeal in relation to the relevant dispute by the relevant rules. In such a dispute, the user who initiated the complaint related to the transaction dispute submits a request. If the complaint does not provide relevant supporting documents within the required time or the supporting documents submitted by the complaint are insufficient to substantiate the claims, BINIS ALPHA has the right to refuse to accept the complaint and close the case accordingly without further explanation to the complainant.
As BINIS ALPHA is not a professional dispute resolution institution and has limited capacity to identify evidence and resolve disputes, BINIS ALPHA does not guarantee that the results of the dispute resolution will meet the customer's expectations, nor will it be responsible in any way for the results of the dispute resolution.
In the event of any inconsistencies between the English and Serbian versions of these rules, end-user agreements, and terms and conditions, the Serbian version shall prevail.
--Delivery
All orders in Serbia are generally delivered by post express and/or other them by courier services and/or postal service. International orders can be shipped with an international courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, among others). Domestic orders are delivered with a domestic courier. At our discretion, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. All goods will be shipped to the address provided by the user and the person ordering any product/goods/services from the Websites. All customs inspection costs (if any) are borne by the User ("Customer", "User", "Member"). You should know that customs policies vary from country to country. We advise any customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or obligations. BINIS ALPHA may post on the website an estimated and estimated order preparation and delivery time. All costs of international transport are paid by the buyer outside of Serbia before delivery.
The customer fully accepts that we have no influence on the delivery time and that we bear no financial or moral responsibility for possible delivery delays. The customer can submit requests for a refund of any part or the full amount paid following the Law on Consumer Protection in Serbia. We try to always meet the customer. The customer accepts the goods and products "as is" and as described, which means that he cannot expect unrealistic features of the goods (for example, he cannot expect from the product "cake figurines" that they will replace his cake). In some cases, we cannot accept returns. The customer can request a refund if he receives goods he did not order. The customer cannot request the return of the goods if he changes his mind and uses the goods in the meantime. By using the goods, it is also understood that he opened the packaging in which the goods were packed.
Factors such as shipping method, courier, and/or your location may affect delivery time. "Ready to Ship" time may vary due to different processing times for different items. Some unavoidable reasons may affect this. The customer unconditionally accepts a delay of 10 days after the scheduled delivery time. The customer agrees that no refund or suspension will be requested for that period. For package delivery information, you must visit the chosen courier's website and follow the instructions on their website. Different items have different shipping costs. Check with the courier. You must visit the selected courier's website to view shipping rates, as shipping rates may vary by weight, volume, and value of the shipment.

BINIS ALPHA has the right to modify the response period in light of the actual situation. BINIS ALPHA would forward the received details of the claim to the respondent and ask him to respond within a reasonable period. If the defendant submits counterarguments, the user can raise the complaint to the BINIS ALPHA dispute level. At any time during the appeal process, BINIS ALPHA has the right to require the user to complete any information or provide any additional material related to the appeal. After receiving a request for additional information related to the complaint, the user must provide the relevant information on time following the requirements of BINIS ALPHA. If there is a failure to do so, BINIS ALPHA shall be entitled to treat the complaint as if it had not been filed.

BINIS ALPHA has the right to terminate any use of the system at any time, without further notice for the following circumstances: the user violates any provision of this agreement; the material submitted by the user for the complaint is false or contains anything false or illegal; The user expressly indicates his unwillingness to accept the new or corrected agreement; Any circumstances that BINIS ALPHA may in its sole discretion deem necessary to terminate the use of the system.
After termination of use, BINIS ALPHA has no obligation to retain information related to the complaint after termination of use of the system. BINIS ALPHA has the right to delete information after a reasonable time determined by BINIS ALPHA. Regardless of how BINIS ALPHA terminates the use of the system, BINIS ALPHA reserves its right to: keep or not keep the user's login on record; take appropriate action against a user who has violated this agreement or engaged in any illegal behavior before termination of use of the system.
The user agrees that BINIS ALPHA may change or suspend part or all the functionality of the system and the use thereof and delete any material users submitted to the system without notice to the user or the use of the user and from an independent producer. User understands that BINIS ALPHA must maintain and/or may repair the system and/or its associated equipment on a regular or extraordinary basis. BINIS ALPHA bears no responsibility to the user for any delay or suspension of the use of the system in these situations. If the user does not agree with any change in this contract, he is free to stop using the system. If the user continues to use the system, he will be deemed to accept any changes to this agreement.
BINIS ALPHA can deliver notifications to the user on the pages, via e-mails, short messages ("SMS"), regular mail messages, etc. The user is deemed to have received the notice with the publication date in one of the above ways. This agreement will be interpreted and governed by the laws of Serbia and any dispute arising will be submitted to Serbian courts.

It is very important to us that your shopping experience is positive and satisfactory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it arrived damaged, please write to us and we will try to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Replacement, return, and refund of products are carried out following the law on consumer protection. Many products ordered by a customer are custom-made for that customer after their order confirmation. The user could exchange the product free of charge, only if he received the wrong product due to our mistake, and within 24 hours of receiving the product with a previously written complaint. After the expiry of that period, it is considered that the customer has no objections to the product and has decided to keep it. The customer agrees and will not request a refund if the colors on the product received are not identical to the colors on the product images on the Website. Colors may vary due to monitor resolution and quality and other technical factors on the website. The customer agrees and accepts and will not under any circumstances request a refund if the dimensions of the product differ by up to 5% (five percent) of the dimensions printed on the product website.
Return and refund of the digital product is not possible. Product returns are possible within 14 days under certain conditions following the Law on Consumer Protection in Serbia. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in the same packaging it was sent in. The product must be in its original packaging. The product must have an invoice as proof of purchase. The shipping costs of product returns are paid by the Buyer. When we receive the product back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned product. We will notify you of the refund status once we have reviewed the product and its packaging. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original payment method). You will receive a refund within thirty working days less the amount of delivery of the shipment to the customer and the costs of the bank and payment processors. So, we will refund the amount you paid for the price of the product, while courier delivery costs and bank and financial intermediary costs (bank and payment processor costs) cannot be refunded. If the original packaging of the product is opened or damaged, and the product itself has not been used, the customer can, at the sole discretion and non-binding right of BINIS ALPHA, receive partial compensation in the amount of 50% of the product price. If the product packaging has been opened or damaged, refunds will be refused in full.
You are responsible for paying your costs for returning your item. Courier delivery costs, and bank and payment processor costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, those charges will be deducted from your refund. If you have questions about how to return a product to us, please contact us. The customer can exchange the paid order for another product of the same or higher value (if the value of the new order is higher, the customer must pay the difference in money) without penalty only for the first 6 hours after we receive the paid order. If the customer wants to exchange the product after receiving the product, due to personal reason, the customer must contact us and the decision is at the discretion of BINIS ALPHA, but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for both products (the item from the customer to BINIS ALPHA and the other from BINIS ALPHA to customer) and we have the right to retain up to 50% of the value of the item. To exchange an item or change a paid order, the customer must notify us via email. Those goods must be returned to us unopened within 7 days of cancellation and must be received by BINIS ALPHA unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for resale. We cannot exchange opened products or opened packaging. Returned goods must bear the original invoice. Following the Law, edible products, products that are specially made for the customer as well as digital products cannot be returned. Please note that customs may open and check the package.
After you hand over the product to the courier, based on the delivery option you use, you may or may not receive a tracking number via the email address you provided us. From the time the courier receives the product from us, that product is the responsibility of the courier. If the delivery fails because the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete and the item is returned to BINIS ALPHA, we will notify you and ask for your correct address and resend to you at your expense or agree with you not to resend and refund 50% product prices. If the customer needs the product, he must pay the shipping cost and we will re-ship it to the right address. If the delivery fails and the item is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund. If the product is held at customs, the buyer is responsible for customs costs.
For refunds, we require the item’s serial number, a photo of the shipping label on the original package. A damaged product cannot be returned, whether the damage was caused by the customer or by a third-party during transport to the customer. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition. Products made exclusively for the customer (e.g. customer logo on the item) cannot be returned/canceled/refinanced in any case. For a product that is made specifically and especially for the customer, it cannot be used in the option for the possibility of returning the cost of the item. No refunds can be requested for edible products. Digital products cannot be refunded.

If you are a user from the United States of America, this also applies to you. User and BINIS ALPHA agree that each may bring claims against the other only in its own capacity and not as a member of a class or in any representative capacity or proceeding. Further, no arbitrator shall consolidate the claims of other persons with his claims.

Your order and products cannot be exchanged without your permission. There is no way to receive some exchanged items. Our order policy is as follows. We have placed informational images only for products that our partners have in stock in warehouses and for items that we make to order. We check all items with our partners once a day. If a product is sold by our partner and is no longer in stock, the image of that product will be removed from the store or will be written: "sold out". When you place an order, we immediately send a message to our partner and put the product in "Waiting" mode. After we receive your paid order, we will send you what you ordered. However, if, and we say, these products sell out in the time between your order and our message to our partner (a slim chance of that), we'll send you an email offering another similar product with customer credits in our store on the network. If you do not want another or similar product, we will pay the amount of your paid account, but less any bank commission or other money transfer fees. To cover some of the bank charges, we'll give you a special discount on your next order.
Some products with the attribute "selling fast" have a note about where we advise you to check the item first before paying for this item. Products with the attribute "handmade" are generally not 100% accurate to the photo in the store, but over 90% of the products are as the photo. The color, model, and dimensions are the same. However, some details (position of colors or position of subs) may be unclear and moved to the side.

We do not sell images in digital form. All published images are informative. All digital character images used in custom designs are free and not for sale. We do not claim ownership of the characters or images used in your custom images, they belong to their respective copyright holders and are distributed by authorized dealers only. These images are permitted for one-time personal use under the doctrine of sale. They cannot be resold for any reason. Please note that you are paying for our services, material (repro material, substrate, paint, packaging), and time spent designing your image or thumbnail which is permitted for one-time personal use. These digital images are not licensed products; all character images are free and not for sale. We do not sell or claim ownership of the graphic character, graphics, or images.

This Agreement and Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Member and BINIS ALPHA with respect to the Service, superseding any prior written or oral agreement with respect to the same subject matter. BINIS ALPHA and the member, i.e. the customer, are independent entrepreneurs, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is created by this contract. The headings are for reference only and do not in any way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or extent of such section. BINIS ALPHA has the right to assign this agreement (including all its rights, titles, benefits, interests obligations, and duties in this agreement) to any person or entity (including any subsidiaries). Member may not assign, in whole or in part, this Agreement to any person or entity.
This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The parties to this agreement fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Serbian courts. If there is any inconsistency between the Serbian version and another language version of this agreement, the Serbian version will prevail. If there is a conflict between the Serbian version and another language version of this contract, the Serbian version will prevail.
